Dream Homes to open their doors at Lake Club in Lake Mary

Homes Will Be the Largest - and Most Expensive - Ever Showcased Luxurious homes featuring amenities that include a bowling alley, a resort style lagoon pool and a butler kitchen could only mean that Street of Dreams is rolling out its welcome mat once again. The 2008 Street of Dreams will be held at Lake Club in Lake Mary The show is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays - except on Memorial Day - and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The 8th Street of Dreams show in Central Florida will feature three of the most expensive and spectacular show homes ever included in this event. Home sizes range from 10,000 to 17,000 square feet and are priced to $8.5 million.

Lake Club is a private, exclusive enclave of large estate lots that is located one-half mile south of Lake Mary Blvd. on Markham Woods Road across from Alaqua Lakes. "Our last show in Seminole County was in Alaqua in 1992," said Bryan Ashbaugh, CEO of Street of Dreams, Inc. "We are excited to be back because the area lends itself to beautiful residential developments, and we feel there will be lots of interest in this year's show." Previous show hosts include Bella Collina, Lake Nona and Lake Butler Sound. These shows have attracted an average of 45,000 visitors during the six-week events.

"All of the homes this year offer diversity in architecture, inspiration and theme. The show gives people a chance to see what products are available on the housing and interior design market." The three Central Florida-based Master Custom Builders participating in the show include Martoccia Custom Construction, Inc.; Irvin Construction Company, Inc.; and Hillcrest Homes & Development, Inc.

The Seattle-based Street of Dreams, Inc., which was founded in 1985, brings together custom home builders, designers, architects, craftsmen and landscapers to create luxury show homes featuring all the latest trends in home design and construction, interior design and furnishings, and technologies.

The 2008 Street of Dreams show will be open from April 26, 2008 through June 8, 2008. Adult tickets are $15 on weekends and $13 on Wednesday through Friday. There is also a discount for children ages 4-12 and seniors 65+. Children three and under are admitted free of charge. All tickets can only be purchased on-site.
