Highlands Ranch Town Center

Lofts and townhomes underway at Highlands Ranch Town Center. Fairfield Homes is announcing the opening of its newest community at the Highlands Ranch Town Center. The interactive sales center is now open and townhome sales and loft reservations have begun. Visitors will find an array of townhomes priced from the upper $270s to the low $300s and lofts priced from the $230s to $600s. "We are receiving tremendous interest from buyers looking at our new homes with all of the amenities of the Town Center and surrounding community within walking distance," says sales counselor Jackie Sahagun. "Plus, they are very pleased with the lower energy costs and health benefits of being Built Green."


The Townhomes
Buyers may choose from three low-maintenance and Built Green semi-custom townhome designs including:

Residence A, priced from $309,900, has three bedrooms, two full and one half baths, two-car garage, and 1,756 square feet. Features include a study, living room with gas-fireplace and access to the front terrace, and a master suite with walk-in-closet, dual vanities in the master bath, and access to the exterior balcony. The gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters, center island, pantry, and dining area leading to the covered deck;

Residence B, priced from $274,000, has two bedrooms, two full and one half baths, two-car garage, and 1,561 square feet. Features include a front entry terrace, tiled entry, open living room with gas-fireplace, kitchen with slab granite counters and center island, and a dining room leading to the covered deck. The master bedroom suite has a private balcony and master bath with dual vanities and tile shower surround; and,

Residence C, priced from $314,900, has dual master suites, two full and one half baths, two-car garage, and 1,756 square feet. Features include three outdoor living areas, a study, kitchen with slab granite counters and center island, and a storage room. The upper floor has two master suites, each with a walk in closet, private baths with dual vanities and tile shower surrounds, and access to the upper floor laundry room.


The Lofts
Buyers may also choose from 12 Built Green loft designs with common features such as one-level living, maintained common areas, same-level storage areas, and a secured parking garage. Loft designs include:

Loft A, is a one-bedroom design with 1,085 square feet. The living room has a media niche, gas fireplace, and accesses the nearly 200 square-foot patio.
